I realize it’s been like 6 months since I posted anything.  A full time job will do that to a blog.  I wish I had more time to make fun stuff like this.

So, I was looking for printable gift tags on Pinterest the other day.  I really didn’t want any cutesy ones this year and I came across some that had Christmas movie quotes on them.  But none of the quotes were from my favorite Christmas movie in the whole history of Christmas movies…Christmas Vacation!  I had to remedy this and below is the result.

I printed them out on regular copy paper and cut them out.

I cut strips of card stock and glued the quotes onto them and cut the corners.

Then I punched holes in the top of all them. And now they will be attached to my packages.  Well, maybe not all of them, some are not appropriate for children 😉  I suddenly have the urge to go watch this movie now.  I hear Cousin Eddie calling…

Thank you everyone who downloaded my kit…at least the ones that would download.  I am not sure what is going on with 4shared, it kept kicking me off yesterday when I was trying to fix the links…so frustrating!  I’m not sure why some of you can download them and some of you can’t.  I am going to check them again today.   Anyway…THANK YOU for all the kind words about my work, I truly appreciate it and it makes me want to make MORE fun stuff for everyone!

Speaking of fun stuff…or fun smelling stuff…this is my new favorite lotion.  I was so excited yesterday when I was grocery shopping at Vons and saw this.  006245 
I LOVE Method products, they’re earth friendly, non-toxic, they use 100% recycled materials in their packaging, EVERYTHING smells FANTASTIC and they have really funny stuff printed on their products!   NOW they are making lotion…I’m in heaven! 

This actually gives me an idea for designing something new.  Maybe I’ll have a little something for you in a couple days or week…deadlines permitting of course 😉

Going to our yearly summer play in the park tonight, they’re putting on Jungle Book.  I’ve been going to these plays every year since I was probably 3 years old.  My mom has been a patron for years.  It’s just so much fun to see, mostly kids dancing, singing and acting.   Should be entertaining, it always is!
